Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead the analysis, optimization, and enhancement of our NetSuite ERP system, supporting business operations within a highly regulated medical device company. This role will focus on gathering detailed business requirements, facilitating system implementation, and supporting integrations across multiple business functions, including Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in NetSuite modules, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, along with a deep understanding of medical device industry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite modules such as CRM, RMA, Complaint Handling, Product Tracking, and Sales/Marketing tools, ensuring they meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses to align current processes with NetSuite capabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively to technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Optimize NetSuite to support Sales and Marketing functions, such as lead tracking, pipeline management, customer segmentation, and marketing campaign performance analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and data integration to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Act as a bridge between business users, IT, and NetSuite consultants, facilitating clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
  • Organize and lead workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to drive adoption and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Translate technical details into business language for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and analytics for sales performance, customer trends, and marketing campaign ROI to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to integrate NetSuite with other tools (e.g., email marketing platforms or customer engagement systems) for seamless campaign execution and tracking.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and provide insights that support revenue growth and market expansion strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation, including requirements, risk assessments, test scripts, and validation reports, in compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Ensure all workflows, configurations, and system outputs adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure the integrity of data in NetSuite and other systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve processes and system performance.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training materials for system users.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency across departments.
  • Track project milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders, addressing risks and challenges proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business; Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in the medical device or life sciences industry.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and deep knowledge of its modules (CRM, RMA, MRP, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, marketing and sales workflows.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory requirements specific to medical devices.

  • Strong understanding of the respiratory care market and airway clearance solutions is a plus.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Hubspot and a CRM tool.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or business; Master’s degree is a plus
