Job Title: US Downstream Marketing Manager

Position Summary:
The Downstream Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of ABM Respiratory Care’s airway clearance products, including BiWaze Clear and BiWaze Cough. This role focuses on post-launch marketing activities, sales enablement, and customer engagement strategies to support the adoption and growth of our products. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with a deep understanding of the medical device industry and a passion for improving respiratory care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Commercialization:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, and product management, and campaign management.
  2. Sales Enablement:
    • Create and manage sales enablement tools, including presentations, brochures, and product guides, to support the sales team in effectively communicating the value of ABMRC’s solutions.
    • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of product benefits.
  3. Customer Engagement:
    • Develop targeted campaigns to engage and educate key customer segments, including respiratory therapists, home care providers, and patients.
    • Create and maintain a patient advocacy program in the USA for patients using our airway clearance systems.
    • Leverage customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improved product positioning.
  4. Marketing Collateral and Content:
    • Lead the development of marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, and digital content, highlighting product benefits and differentiators.
    • Partner with the clinical team to translate complex clinical data into compelling marketing messages.
  5. Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
    • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Event Coordination:
    • Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and webinars to showcase ABM’s airway clearance solutions.
    • Represent the company at industry events to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in downstream marketing, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the respiratory care market and airway clearance solutions is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like Hubspot and a CRM tool.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
